MCZ Group creates jobs

For the second consecutive year MCZ Group – www.mcz.it – company in the sector of domestic heating and cooking outdoor, decided to allocate the budget traditionally invested in  Job Creation initiative. In cooperation with EURES, the service of the European Commission for mobility, the group has launched a competition to award 10 grants to young unemployed people who wish to live their first work experience in Europe. The project aims to promote the growth and vocational training of young people, encouraging their practical usability in a labor market increasingly competitive and penalizing. MCZ Group, which dall’exoprt gets more than two-thirds of its turnover, believes that having worked abroad is a key element to enrich their curriculum. However, sometimes it is the economic difficulties to stop young people from this type of experience. Subsidies – amounting to 2,500 euros each – will be an initial contribution to meet the initial expenses, such as travel, rent, or other language courses, work experience for at least 4 months. The initiative will be eligible unemployed young people between 18 and 30 years old, living in one of the 27 EU countries or Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, provided they are graduates or graduates, have a good command of English and/or the language of the host country have never done before work experience or internships abroad. The request to participate in the competition must be submitted by 31 October 2012.
