To manage the new group and give more force and effect to the new strategies the board has appointed Dana Dunne in the posts of president and Coo. Odigeo (owned by AXA Private Equity, Permira and its executive team) platform is a very practical and effective for advertisers, offering the opportunity to raggiunger and their markets of interest in a personalized manner, both locally and globally. The task of Mr. Dunne will focus on key markets of the reference group (Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Nordic countries and the United Kingdom) by coordinating the internal procedures, which have increased with the growth of the group, also taking care of relations with suppliers, and marketing of European operations, reporting directly to the CEO of the group. Dunne has many years of experience in companies such as McKinsey and Company, Belgacom and the U.S. West, two of the largest telecommunications companies in Europe and the United States. He also served as CEO of AOL Europe and, more recently, Coo of EasyJet. The four brands eDreams, Opodo, Go Voyages and Travellink hold an ‘important leadership position in e-commerce and offer both business travel and consumers a unique service through an innovative platform that allows easy identification of the flight cheaper, book a hotel, rent a car and select vacation packages and other travel services. Dunne holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA in economics from Wesleyan University, is married, has two sons and a dual citizen British/American.
